From a Curiosity to a Passion

My knowledge of mushrooms at first, like most probably, was limited to the the culinary and psychedelic varieties. It was not until I was well into my professional career that I had started to learn more about the functional varieties. I began to research coffee alternatives one day as I noticed my energy and focus lacking in the post-lunch section of my workday. It was then that I had stumbled upon Lion's Mane mushroom! I saw the benefits it had toward focus, clarity, and memory, which made it very appealing for my need.

From there, the flood gates into the incredible world of mushrooms had been opened. I experienced first hand how great I had felt from taking Lion's Mane, so it was not long after then that I had started to drink a mushroom tea daily with the four major holistic mushrooms: Lion's Mane, Chaga, Cordyceps, and Reishi. The benefits compounded! My mood was boosted, I had more energy, better sleep, and an increased clarity of thought!

The benefits of these mushrooms do go much deeper than this though. With a history of neuro-degenerative disease present in my family, the worry of this type of disease afflicting me always lingered in my mind. So, I was beyond glad myself to find that Lion's Mane has it's strong neuroprotective properties to prevent against such diseases and other functional mushrooms, such as Chaga, Reishi, and Turkey Tail, have been found to have incredible antioxidant properties and are strongly believed to fight cancer.

What seemed to surprise me most about all of this though was how little most people knew about the incredible benefits we could get from such a simple thing! So, as my love and passion for mushrooms has grown, I have wanted to share the same passion with others. This is why I started Finest Forage. To be able to share high-quality, healing supplments of which I whole-heartedly believe in the benefits. So, when you try these products out, please write back and let me know how our mushroom supplements have affected your life.

Thank you,

Tony
